As part of our commitment to student safety, mouthguards are now mandatory for all sparring activities at Kato Martial Arts. This is the official, instructor-approved mouthguard we recommend for all our students.

The Blitz ‘Boil and Bite’ mouthguard provides essential protection for your teeth, gums, and jaw. Training with a properly fitted guard allows you to spar with more confidence, knowing you are protected.
