My daughter and I have been part of Kato since last December. It has been such an incredible journey so far and one, I see us doing for a long time. Nik is very inspirational and absolutely great with kids. He has a natural balance of getting the kids to focus and making Kato a lot of fun. I also attend the adult classes which is definitely worth going to. It’s a much faster and focused class. Nik really invests in your growth into Kato, breaking it down into real life situations (self defence) and competitions. My daughter has learnt a great deal about being focused through kato. Really great club! More than a club really, it’s a community.

Joined about 4 months ago to encourage body awareness in my neurodiverce son. To support him the whole family joined. It’s been amazing. We are all loving it. It’s teaching the kids transferable skills of dedication, self driven practice to achieve goals and pride. I’ve seen both kids flourish and gain such confidence. The kato members are like a family.
