Our daughter started Tang Sou Dao last year and she has absolutely loves it! Nik’s classes teach resilience and respect as well as boosting self confidence and mental well being. Once you join a class, you become part of the Tang Sou Dao family: Nik and Diana have created an amazing community – one which we are proud to be part of.

Our daughter’s skills have improved massively over the past year and she is now on her Chie (7th) belt. Classes are disciplined but a lot of fun and everyone is welcomed with open arms. We would highly recommend!

Nik runs an amazing club in Hornchurch, great for self defence, fitness and health. Inclusive of all ages, from white to black belt.

This class is so much more than a Martial Arts Club its a family unit that offers so much more then new Tang Sou moves. My daughter has been going for over a year (since the group started) and loves theses classes she has learnt so many techniques but even more so her confidence and self-belief has grown. A huge shout out to Nik he is an amazing teacher and supports all the kids aswell as their parents. My daughter has ASD and ADHD and Nik is amazing with her and would highly reccomend this class to anyone – kids or adults.

Absolutely fantastic martial arts club for the entire family! My two children wanted to start some form of martial arts but are quite nervous so when we found one that lets the entire family join at the same time my husband and I thought we should get involved too! It’s really fun!
